Julia Kirillova is a Russian born ceramicist who currently lives in Berkeley, Bay Area. Her work is on display in locales around the globe including Moscow, London, Belgrade, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Portland and San Francisco.

Private collectors –  Kamm Teapot Foundation, Margaret Thatcher, Maya Angelou, Donna Moog Collection.

She is also an educator. She teaches clay and art at the Berkeley Montessori Family School and at the Piedmont Recreational Center and at her studio.

She is also the Manager of Dress Best For Less (DBFL). DBFL is a nonprofit organization to benefit children’s education.

Dress Best for Less proudly donates most of its profits to the Piedmont Educational Foundation.  This foundation is devoted to promoting academic excellence, investing in innovation and providing sustained financial support to the Piedmont Unified School District.  DBFL also supports other efforts which benefit the children of Piedmont……like play structures and play fields.  More than half of the items donated to DBFL find their way to other East Bay community groups like St Vincent de Paul, SPCA, Children’s Hospital and nearby school classrooms.

DBFL is the best upscale resale store in the East Bay! Come into the Store, which is located at 3861 Piedmont Ave., during business hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 11am – 6pm) to browse and to drop off your gently used items.
